If Sussex Learning Solutions Ltd. cancel a course
If a course is cancelled an alternative option may be offered or a full refund given, this will be repaid to the debit/credit card that made the original payment. For further details please see our course cancellation page. For further details please see our course cancellation page.

If You Choose to Leave
You have the right to cancel your course within 7 days of booking it, unless the booking has taken place 20 days before the start of the course. If you wish to cancel within the 20 day period prior to the start of the course a £5.00 administration charge may be retained by Sussex Learning Solutions Ltd. To cancel a course booking please e-mail us with your name and contact number. Arrangements will then be made for a full refund to be repaid to the debit/credit card that you made the original payment with. If payments were made in any other way they will be refunded using the same method as the original payment.

Exceptional Circumstances
If a class does not run owing to exceptional circumstances such as staff ill health or adverse weather conditions an alternative date will be arranged to complete the course. In the event that a date cannot be set arrangements will be made for a refund.
